The
Bruins acquired defenseman David Tanabe from the Phoenix Coyotes on Friday night in exchange for center Dave Scatchard. Tanabe will be in the lineup tonight as the
Bruins host the Buffalo Sabres at TD Banknorth Garden at 7:00 p.m. (NESN/WBZ Radio). Tanabe, 25, is in his sixth NHL season
and had four assists while playing in all 21 games for the Coyotes this season. The defenseman was drafted by Carolina as
their first pick in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft held in Boston. | |
